Shipping policy

Beauty B currently ships across Nigeria. We are committed to delivering your favourite skincare products efficiently and in the best condition.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Deliveries take 2-5 business days within major cities and 5-7 business days for remote areas.

• We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Fridays or before a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Weather & Seasonal Delays

Nigeria’s hot climate and rainy seasons may cause occasional shipping delays. In cases of extreme heat or heavy rainfall, delivery times may be extended to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping rates apply based on location.

• Free shipping may be available for bulk purchases or special promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor its progress.

Damages & Returns

• If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product.
• We do not accept returns due to the nature of our skincare products, but if you receive the wrong order, we will arrange an exchange.
