Thank you for purchasing our sugar wax kit, disposable towels, Body balms, Body oil and soap bar. We are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive customer experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Unused & Unopened Products
  • Refunds are available for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To qualify, the product must not have been tampered with or used in any way.
  • Time Limit: Requests for refunds on unused items must be made within 2 days of the purchase date for Abuja residents and 5/7 days for cities outside the FCT.
  1. Defective or Damaged Products
  • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Proof of Damage: We may request photos of the damaged product for verification purposes.
  1. Incorrect Items
  • If you received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately you receive your items . We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional charge, or provide a full refund upon return of the incorrect item.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used Beauty B products [ All products].
  • Products that are returned more than 7 days after the purchase date without a defect.

Refund Process

  1. Initiate a return
  • To request a refund, please email us at [marketing@beauty.com.ng] with your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
  1. Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  1. Refund Issuance
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Sale & Promotional Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and are considered final sale.
