What products do you offer?

At Beauty B, we offer a selection of beauty and personal care products, including Tigernut oil body care products, soap, sugar wax products, disposable face towels, and product kits. The collection includes items in different formats and sizes based on the options available for each product.

Each product page provides clear images, pricing, available options, and relevant product details to help customers understand what they are purchasing. Product information is presented clearly and consistently so customers can review the available items and make informed purchase decisions.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our website, select your desired products, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through Paystack, Bank Transfer, and OPay.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days via Fez Delivery, DHL, GIG, or local dispatch service within Nigeria. Shipping costs are ₦4,500 for Abuja, ₦7,500 for Lagos, and ₦10,000 for other states nationwide.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, We only ship to Nigeria now but in future will look to expand to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in Nigeria may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the issue is our fault, Beauty B covers the return shipping cost. If the issue is not our fault, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Beauty B does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
